Direct Access, No Referral Needed?
In New Mexico, you have direct access to physical therapy. You do not need a prescription or referral from a medical doctor to begin treatment with us.
What is your Out-of-Network Policy?
Florebit is a cash-based clinic. We do not contract directly with commercial insurance companies. This allows us to give you undivided, 60-minute care without insurance companies dictating your treatment plan.
Are superbills available?
Upon request, we will gladly provide you with an itemized medical receipt (a Superbill) containing all necessary diagnostic and treatment codes. You can submit this directly to your insurance provider to seek out-of-network reimbursement.
HSA/FSA Eligible
You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) debit cards to pay for all evaluations, triage sessions, treatments, and packages.
Important Notice for Medicare Beneficiaries:
Under federal law, physical therapists are prohibited from accepting direct out-of-pocket cash payments from Medicare beneficiaries for medically necessary, covered physical therapy services. If you are a Medicare recipient seeking covered clinical rehabilitation, please contact us directly so we can discuss your specific eligibility or direct you to an appropriate participating provider.
Cancellation Policy:
We maintain a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Because your appointment is a full hour reserved exclusively for you, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur 50% of the full fee of the scheduled service.
